The 4D Lotto, introduced in 1997, is one of the four-digit games of PCSO and being drawn thrice a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). Other digit games are the EZ2 (2D Lotto), Swertres (3D Lotto) and 6D Lotto.

How to play 4D Lotto/4-digit?
1. Select 4-digit number from 0000 to 9999.
NOTE: You may go for STANDARD play by simply marking one (1) number from 0 to 9 on each of the 4 columns on the 4 Digit play card or may also use the Lucky Pick (LP).
2. Mark the amount that you’re going to play for each combination. Minimum play amount is Php 10 per 4-number combination.
3. Players may opt to play the PERM, this play type is simply a straight play of all the possible arrangements (permutations) of the number. The following is the perm or “rambol” selection that you can play:

Play 4D Lotto via Roll 1 or Roll 4
4D Lotto players can also play ROLL 1 or ROLL 4.
By marking the ROLL 1 box means the first digit ranges from 0 to 9 is to be generated by the central system to complement the selected last 3 digits, thereby creating 10 sets of numbers the bet amount marked is to be the value for each set of numbers.
ROLL 4 box is similar to Roll 1 play except the central system is to generate the last digit ranges from 0 to 9 to compliment the selected first 3 digits.

You may play your selection up to six consecutive draws including the succeeding draw. Simply mark the number of draws you want to play.
Players must match all four of the winning numbers drawn in EXACT ORDER in the official 4D Lotto draw for the date played to win the First Prize.
NOTE: How much the player wins for 1st prize category is by pari-mutuel basis, that is, dividing the allocated prize money equally among the winners. The first prize Minimum Guaranteed Amount (MGA) for this game is Php 10,000.

How and where to claim the prize?
Write your name and affix your signature at the back of your winning tickets before claiming your prize.
Bring and present two (2) valid IDs for verification.
You may claim your prize at the following locations:
- Prize amounting to Php 20 up to Php 10,000 can be claimed at any authorized Lotto outlet.
- Prizes from Php 20 and up to Php 500,000 can be claimed at the PCSO Branch Offices in your area.
- Jackpot Prize should be validated and claimed at the PCSO Main Office 2nd Floor Sun Plaza Building, 1507 Princeton Street corner Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
NOTE: Prizes above 10,000.00 are subject to 20% tax pursuant to TRAIN Law.
Reminders to bettors
1. Only bettors 18 years old and above are allowed to buy 4D lotto tickets or claim lotto winnings.
2. The Php 10.00 play amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
3. Players must check for the accuracy of printed data on their ticket, including bet type, bet amount, the draw date and the numbers they want to play.
PCSO protocols amid COVID-19 pandemic
1. No facemask, no bet.
2. Strictly observe social distancing. Maintain one meter distance from other persons in the lotto outlet.
3. Bring your own pen to stop cross contamination.
4. Use hand sanitizers. Alcohol station is provided by the lotto outlet.
5. Place your payment in the money tray provided by the lotto agent.
6. Throw your used playslips in the trashcan.
7. Wash your hands with soap and water upon arriving home from the lotto outlet.
