Lotto patron from Samar wins P25-M Mega Lotto jackpot

MANILA, Philippines – A native from Samar won the P25-million jackpot of the Mega Lotto 6/45 drawn on Monday, February 3, 2025, with the winning combination 31-04-17-07-19-27.

He immediately claimed his winnings at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City the day after the draw, February 4, 2025.

The winner shared that he has been betting on the same combination since 1996.

He has won minor prizes on two separate occasions, hitting four and five out of the six-number combination.

“Bago naman ako nanalo natuklasan ko na ang PCSO ay may mga progragmang pang-kawanggawa tulad ng medical assistance sa mga less fortunate nating kababayan, mga ambulansya na nakikita ko sa mga probinsya at marami pang iba.

Kahit po hindi ako nananalo alam ko na nakaka-ambag ako sa kanilang magagandang programa. Hindi ko akalain na ako naman ay kakabig dahil naswertehan ko ang jackpot kaya nagpapasalamat naman ako sa Panginoon na ipinagkaloob nya sa akin ang malaking tulong na ito,” the winner said.

After claiming his prize, he offered a message to those who continue to doubt the integrity of the PCSO lottery games.

“Totoo po ang lotto at eto na po ako nanalo ng jackpot. Kaya sa mga hindi naniniwala, ito po ay swertehan talaga, hindi po nakakababa ng estado sa buhay kung kayo po ay may extrang naitabi at sumubok sa isang marangal na panalo bukod pa ay nakakatulong tayo sa ating mga kababayan,” he said.

The Mega Lotto 6/45 draws take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00pm and broadcast live on IBC13, D8TV, and the PCSO Games Online Hub Facebook Page.
