PCSO E-Lotto: steps to register, buy ticket online

MANILA, Philippines –  The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) launched in December 2023 their online platform called “E-Lotto” to offer convenience and accessibility to all patrons nationwide.

The PCSO E-Lotto is the digital counterpart of the traditional lottery games that bettors used to carry out in physical outlets.

Aside from accessiblity, E-Lotto aims to generate and sustain the funds of PCSO for charitable activities while catering to the gaming product needs of people.


It can be recalled that PCSO mentioned for online platform in September 2020 or during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

How to register account on PCSO E-Lotto?

There are several ways to register account – via web (desktop), mobile phone webpage or app.

Those who are interested to register in E-Lotto must already be 18 years old and above.

1. Access E-Lotto page through the PCSO website: https://elotto.pcso.gov.ph/web/

Note: PCSO said that E-Lotto app and website are only accessible within Philippines. The app is currently available for download on Google Play and to follow for iOS platforms.

Update: Overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) can also play the e-lotto given that they are using a Philippine-registered mobile phone and SIM card.

2. Click Login/Register.

3. Click “Register Account” to create a user account. This will direct you to the terms and conditions page.

4. Read the terms and conditions and select “I agree” to proceed with the registration.

5. Proceed to the mobile tab. Enter Phone Number and select “Send” button to receive OTP. Enter the OTP received. Nominate PIN to access your account. Confirm PIN, it should be the same as the nominated PIN.

Note: Users are required to use a Philippine-registered mobile phone and SIM card including the participating overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and foreigners who hold a valid government-issued ID from the Philippines.

6. Provide additional information such as your Full Name, Gender, Birthday and E-Mail address.

7. Once submitted, proceed to the Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. This is to ensure the security of your account and comply with regulatory requirements. Users are required to upload a copy of valid ID under Account > Security Center > KYC settings.

  • SSS ID
  • Driver License
  • Passport
  • Voter’s ID
  • Postal ID
  • Senior Citizen Card
  • Professional Regulations Commission ID
  • Barangay Certification (with photo)
  • Alien Certificate of Registration
  • Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) ID
  • Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) ID
  • National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
  • Police Clearance Certificate
  • Philhealth ID
  • Seaman’s Book
  • Firearm’s License issued by the Philippine National Police
  • Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
  • National ID
  1. Once registered, link your electronic wallet/s (e-wallet) to the E-Lotto mobile application to either buy lotto ticket or receive prizes electronically.

Note: Current payment method of e-lotto is only Gcash. Negotiations are underway to introduce additional third-party gateway payments such as banks and other e-wallets.

How to buy PCSO Lotto tickets?

PCSO lotto tickets are available via authorized lotto outlets nationwide or via E-Lotto.

Price of major lotto ticket is still Php 20 per combination (inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax or DST).

Where to check lotto results?

The updated daily lotto results are available online via this website pcsolotto.ph.

Bettors may also tune in to the official draws livestream on PCSO official Facebook and YouTube accounts. This also includes publication of official results (cotejo), summary of lotto results and history of most recent draws on PCSO website (pcso.gov.ph).
