MANILA, Philippines – After years of perseverance and undying hope, a minimum-wage earner from Novaliches, Caloocan, has officially claimed the life-changing Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot prize amounting to ₱72,366,751.00 at the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) main office on July 3, 2025.
The winning numbers — 03-54-24-36-18-46 — were drawn on June 30, 2025. The lone winning ticket was a P20 lucky pick, which was purchased just after the bettor’s regular work shift.

The winner, said he has been an occasional lotto player for the past ten years. Despite earning just enough to get by, he said he would buy a ticket whenever he could spare a few pesos.
“Hindi ko akalaing mangyayari talaga sa akin ‘to. Minsan lang ako tumaya. Pero dahil naniniwala ako na may awa ang Diyos eto na nga ang nangyari,” the winner said, still in disbelief.
Now that he holds millions in winnings, he plans to secure a better future for his family, education for his kids, and small investments that will allow him to step back gradually from physical labor. “Hindi rin po basta maiwan ang trabaho, nasanay na din ang katawan ko sa pagtatrabaho,” added the winner.
PCSO reminds all players that lotto winnings above ₱10,000 are subject to 20% tax under the TRAIN Law.
Winners must claim their prizes within one year from the draw date and must present the original, signed ticket along with two valid government-issued IDs at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City.
Unclaimed jackpot prizes revert to the PCSO Charity Fund, which supports public health and welfare programs nationwide.
The Grand Lotto 6/55 draw is held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 9:00 PM, with live broadcasts on IBC-13 and PCSO’s online platforms.
