Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna bettors win P44M Lotto 6/42 jackpot
Bettors from Bulacan, Cavite and Laguna hit the jackpot in the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s Lotto 6/42 winning almost Php 44 million Tuesday, May 31, 2022.
The winning combination of 25-20-29-07-21-02 gave a Php 43,912,343.80 payoff.

Because of taxes, as provided by the TRAIN Law, lotto winnings are subject to 20 percent tax. This means, Php 8,782,468.76 would be deducted from the total prize of the 3 jackpot winners. They will receive Php 11,709,958.35 each.
The PCSO said the lucky tickets were purchased from outlets in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan; Silang, Cavite and Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
The last time a bettor won in the Lotto 6/42 was in the May 3 draw by a bettor from San Quintin, Pangasinan.
Also collecting dividends were 80 bettors who won P24,000 each for getting at least 5 digits correctly in the winning combination.
Meanwhile, 2,848 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 800 each. 37,932 players won Php 20 each (balik-taya) for guessing three numbers.
The Lotto 6/42 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
