Mega Lotto Jackpot Winner – A solo bettor from Iloilo City bagged the ₱15 million jackpot prize of Mega Lotto 6/45 draw on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the bettor guessed the winning combination of 35-05-45-04-38-23. The total jackpot prize was ₱ 15,000,000.00.
The ticket was bought from a lotto outlet at KEZ&KEI Commercial Building, Salazar St., South Janiuay, Iloilo City.
Fifteen (15) players won ₱80,000.00 each for guessing five of the six winning numbers, 771 winners will receive ₱1,426.71 each for four correct digits, and 16,344 bettors will get ₱30 each for three correct digits.
To claim his/her check, the bettor must go to the PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City. Then, present the winning ticket and two ID cards.
As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax.
Unclaimed prizes within a year shall be forfeited.

The Mega Lotto 6/45 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The previous Mega Lotto jackpot was won on February 11, 2026 by a bettor who purchased winning ticket from a lotto outlet in SM Clark, Angeles City, Pampanga.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles urged the public to support the agency’s gaming products. This is to raise additional revenue for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
