MANILA, Philippines – Two bettors from Pangasinan bagged the Php 45-million jackpot prize in the Grand Lotto 6/55 on Saturday, February 21, 2026.
The winning combination was 09-23-03-49-50-01 for the exact prize of Php 45,000,000.00.
The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced that the winning tickers were bought from lotto outlets in Rosales and Villasis, Pangasinan.

Because of taxes, as provided by the TRAIN Law, lotto winnings are subject to 20 percent tax. This means, Php 9,000,000 would be deducted from the winnings.
Four (4) bettors settled for Php 350,000.00 for correctly guessing five numbers, 615 will get Php 2,113.82 for four numbers, and 13,420 will receive Php 60 each for three correct digits.
Prizes not claimed within a year shall be forfeited.
The Grand Lotto 6/55 was last won on January 31, 2026 by a lone bettor who purchased ticket in South Central Square, Talisay City, Cebu
The 6/55 is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles urged the public to support the agency’s gaming products. This is to raise additional revenue for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
