Quezon bettor wins P5.9M Lotto 6/42 jackpot
Lone bettor from Quezon province hit the jackpot in the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s Lotto 6/42 winning Php 5.9 million Saturday, August 13, 2022.
The winning combination of 26-12-20-24-39-41 gave a Php 5,940,000.00 payoff.
The ticket was purchased in Candelaria, Quezon.

Because of taxes, as provided by the TRAIN Law, lotto winnings are subject to 20 percent tax. This means, Php 1,188,000 would be deducted from the winnings.
Also collecting dividends were 18 bettors who won P24,000 each for getting at least 5 digits correctly in the winning combination.
Meanwhile, 910 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 800 each. 16,954 players won Php 20 each (balik-taya) for guessing three numbers.
Prizes not claimed within a year shall be forfeited.
Last August 11, lucky bettor from Santiago City, Isabela bagged the Php 32.1 million jackpot prize in the Lotto 6/42.
The Lotto 6/42 is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
