MANILA, Philippines – One lucky bettor from Sorsogon is the new multimillionaire after bagging the ₱ 49.5 million jackpot prize of Sunday night, September 14, 2025 Ultra Lotto 6/58 draw.
In an advisory, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced on Monday that the sole winner who placed his/her bet at a lotto outlet at SM City Sorsogon, located along Maharlika Highway in Balogo, Sorsogon, won the Php 49,500,000.00 jackpot prize.
The winning combination was 05-17-18-02-45-57.

Four bettors who guessed five correct numbers won second prize and will receive Php 120,000 each.
Meanwhile, 367 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 2,000 each. 9,946 players won Php 100 each for guessing three numbers.
To claim his/her check, the bettor must go to the PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City. Then, present the winning ticket and two ID cards.
As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax.
PCSO conducts 6/58 draws every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. To join, one must select 6 numbers from 1 to 58 or play Lucky Pick for randomly generated numbers. Each bet also costs P20.
The jackpot was previously won on August 22, 2025, by another solo bettor who bought a ticket along National Road, Brgy. Bolbok, Batangas City.
In the history of lotto in the country, the jackpot of Php 1.18-billion for Ultra Lotto, which was won by two lucky bettors in October 2018, was the biggest so far.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles urged the public to support the agency’s gaming products. This is to raise additional revenue for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
