MANILA, Philippines – The Small Town Lottery (STL) draws and operations for Good Friday, March 29, 2024 are suspended for the observance of Holy Week, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced.
Bettors in Visayas and Mindanao are advised to wait for the resumption of localized draws for STL Pares, Swer2, Swer3 and Swer4 on Monday, April 1.

STL developments in Visayas and Mindanao
PCSO is conducting localized draws covering Region 7 only in Visayas.
STL operators stopped the departmentalized draw in Mindanao on October 1, 2023 following the directive on the use of national games draw results for STL.
The use of national draw results was based on PCSO Board Resolution No. 0100 series of 2023 and a memorandum from the Office of the President (OP) as released on June 26, 2023. This is to address concerns and recurring issues in the STL operations specifically in Visayas and Mindanao.
In a limited draws for Visayas, only the Swer3 remains, excluding other STL products such as Pares and Swer2. Areas of coverage include Lapu-Lapu City, Mandaue City, Cebu City and Cebu Province. Other STL-AACs under Visayas region now follow the new mandate of PCSO.
For Mindanao, STL operators are now using the national draw results of 3D, 4D and 6D.
Aside from Visayas and Mindanao regions, STL areas of operation also includes Northern and Central Luzon Region (NCL), Southern Tagalog and Bicol Region (STBR) and National Capital Region (NCR).
How to view STL result today for Luzon and Metro Manila?
STL authorized agent corporations (AACs) are handling the localized STL draws in select areas of Luzon and Metro Manila.
In Southern Tagalog, some of the operators are: Ramloid Gaming Corporation (Laguna), Batangas Enhanced Technology Systems, Inc. (Batangas) and Pirouette Corporation (Quezon Province).
In Central Luzon, STL operators are: Suncove Corporation (Pampanga), Diamond Gaming & Research Center Corporation (Bulacan), Sunset Bay Research & Marketing Corporation (Bataan) and Northtrails Resources Inc. (Tarlac).

Schedule of PCSO digit games applicable for STL operations
The 3D (Swertres) is being drawn daily at 2PM followed by 5PM and the evening draws at 9PM.
4D Lotto draw is every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY.
6D Lotto draw is every TUESDAY, THURSDAY and SATURDAY.

- Select your combination from numbers 0 to 9.
- Select play amount.
- Pay the total amount.
- Local STL operators are using single-chambered machine to draw the lucky digits.
- Wait for the announcement of result.
- To win a prize, player must match the numbers in exact order.
3D, 4D and 6D for STL
- 3D: Select your 3-digit combination from numbers 0 to 9.
- 4D: Select your 4-digit number from 0000 to 9999.
- 6D: Select your 6-digit combination from numbers 0 to 9.
