MANILA, Philippines – One lucky bettor from Tarlac City is the new multimillionaire after bagging a whopping Php 223 million jackpot prize of Sunday night, April 6, 2025 Ultra Lotto 6/58 draw.
In an advisory, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced on Monday that the sole winner who placed his/her bet at Maliwalo, Tarlac City won the Php 223,728,165.20 jackpot prize.
The winning combination was 09-11-02-23-26-07.

116 bettors who guessed five correct numbers won second prize and will receive Php 120,000 each.
Meanwhile, 4,148 players guessed four of the six winning combination and they will get Php 2,000 each. 46,708 players won Php 100 each for guessing three numbers.
To claim his/her check, the bettor must go to the PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City. Then, present the winning ticket and two ID cards.
As provided under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law, lotto winnings of more than P10,000 shall be subject to a 20% tax.
PCSO conducts 6/58 draws every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. To join, one must select 6 numbers from 1 to 58 or play Lucky Pick for randomly generated numbers. Each bet also costs P20.
The Ultra Lotto was last won on January 5, 2025 by lone winner who bought ticket at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong.
In the history of lotto in the country, the jackpot of Php 1.18-billion for Ultra Lotto, which was won by two lucky bettors in October 2018, was the biggest so far.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles urged the public to support the agency’s gaming products. This is to raise additional revenue for health initiatives, medical services, and other national charities.
